Event begins at noon Friday and goes until 10 pm Sunday.

EVENT REGISTRATION FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE.

Cancellation more than 30 days prior to event:

If there is a virtual box option (offered online to all of our customers) for an event, you will receive this option for any cancellations.

Cancellation within 30 days of the event:

You will receive event materials for cancellation. They may be shipped to you after the event, depending on when you cancel.

PRIOR NOTIFICATION IS REQUIRED FOR CANCELLATION OR YOU WILL FORFEIT ALL PAYMENTS MADE FOR THE EVENT AND YOUR PAYMENT WILL BE NON-TRANSFERABLE.
