Cancellation & Exchange
EVENT REGISTRATION FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
CANCELLATION POLICY APPLIES TO ALL SISS DAY, WEEKEND, & MINI EVENTS, AS WELL AS COTTAGE CROPS AND CLASSES AT KELLER'S COTTAGE.
Cancellation more than 30 days prior to event:
Your payment can be transferred to another event in the same calendar year or you may transfer your registration to another person for the same event. If you do not want to transfer your registration, you can receive the value of your registration in an online gift certificate.
If you would like to transfer your registration to an event in the subsequent year or to an event that costs more than your original paid fee, you will be required to pay the difference in cost.
Cancellation within 30 days of the event:
You will receive event materials such as class kits, t-shirt (weekend events), etc. They will be shipped to you after the event.
PRIOR NOTIFICATION IS REQUIRED FOR CANCELLATION OR YOU WILL FORFEIT ALL PAYMENTS MADE FOR THE EVENT AND YOUR PAYMENT WILL BE NON-TRANSFERABLE.
PLATINUM EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY:
Platinum event registration fees are non-transferable and non-refundable. No credit will be issued toward another event or product. This applies to PLATINUM DAY and PLATINUM WEEKEND events only.
