EVENT REGISTRATION FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE.

CANCELLATION POLICY APPLIES TO ALL DAY, WEEKEND, & MINI EVENTS, AS WELL CLASSES AT KELLER'S LOCATIONS.

Cancellation more than 30 days prior to event:

If there is a virtual box option (offered online to all of our customers) for an event, you will receive this option for any cancellations.

Cancellation within 30 days of the event:

You will receive event materials for cancellation (even if there is not a virtual box option). They may be shipped to you after the event, depending on when you cancel. You will receive event materials such as class kits, t-shirt (weekend events), etc. They will be shipped to you after the event.

PRIOR NOTIFICATION IS REQUIRED FOR CANCELLATION OR YOU WILL FORFEIT ALL PAYMENTS MADE FOR THE EVENT AND YOUR PAYMENT WILL BE NON-TRANSFERABLE.
